Serie V Melanio Double Toro Box Of 10 Cigars
The Oliva Serie V Melanio Double Toro pays homage to Melanio Oliva, who first grew tobacco in Pinar del Río, Cuba, in 1886. Draped in a silky Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper grown on proprietary Oliva family farms over aged Nicaraguan Habano binder and Jalapa Valley ligero fillers, this 6x60 box-pressed vitola represents the apex of Oliva blending. The large ring gauge tempers the intense ligero core, delivering a refined, incredibly smooth profile filled with dark cocoa, espresso, cedar, caramel, and subtle baking spices without aggressive strength. It pairs exceptionally well with a peated single malt scotch, a barrel-proof bourbon, or a rich ristretto.
