First Third: Opens with the signature RyJ floral bouquet and sweet cedar. The smoke is light on the palate but rich in aroma, featuring hints of herbal tea and dried rose petals.
Second Third: The profile gains body and complexity. Notes of roasted hazelnuts, creamy vanilla, and white chocolate emerge. The "tangy" fruitiness characteristic of the Vuelta Abajo region begins to develop, balanced by a soft white pepper on the retrohale.
