Created by the legendary master blender Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, the Allegiance line serves as a literal celebration of the lifelong friendships and collaborative bonds formed between rival manufacturers. For this specific release, Perez-Carrillo developed the flavor concepts but outsourced the physical production entirely to the world-renowned Oliva Cigar Co. factory in Nicaragua, marking the first time an E.P. Carrillo cigar was rolled by an outside company.

First Third: The opening releases immediate, lively character marked by toasted oak, rich cedar, and sweet baking spice. The retrohale delivers an aromatic combination of white pepper and cinnamon, balanced beautifully by an underlying creaminess and hints of dark cocoa.

Second Third: Settling into a steady rhythm, the profile deepens in complexity. Dominant notes of leather, roasted nuts, and black coffee take the lead, supported by a distinct molasses sweetness and subtle undertones of dark fruit.

Final Third: The conclusion scales up in spice and aromatic intensity while remaining exceptionally smooth. Heavy layers of black pepper, charred wood, and toasted walnuts wrap around the tongue, finishing with a structured mineral attribute and a clean aftertaste.
