Second Third: Moving into the heart of the wide barrel, the flavor profile turns noticeably richer and more unctuous. The honeyed sweetness intensifies, beautifully merging with notes of licorice root, fine vintage leather, and toasted nuts. The texture is thick and velvety, showing zero sharp edges.
Final Third: The conclusion scales up in focus while maintaining a beautifully balanced medium presence. Deep characteristics of dark baker's cocoa dust, dry oak wood, and a closing wave of warming baking spices dominate the palate.
