With nearly four decades of experience in London’s cigar and luxury hospitality scene, Neil brings unparalleled expertise in premium and vintage cigars, alongside a deep understanding of refined guest service. His presence ensures that Dominique London Pall Mall will set a new benchmark for cigar retail and lounge culture in the capital.
INDUSTRY AUTHORITY & INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION
Neil has been a respected figure within the London cigar world for almost 40 years.
Most recently, he served as Senior Cigar Sommelier at The Garden Room at The Lanesborough Hotel, where he was entrusted with curating one of the most celebrated collections of rare and vintage cigars in the UK. Many of these were sourced through Dominique London’s own Online Cigar Auctions, alongside a heavily stocked humidor dedicated exclusively to Cuban cigars.
Throughout his career, Neil has built an international reputation among cigar aficionados and collectors. A published author and recognised authority in his field, his expertise extends across both retail and hospitality.
His career has encompassed the retail side of the business, having started in the Selfridges Cigar Department before running the world-famous humidor at the original Alfred Dunhill site on Duke Street, St. James’s, as well as Monte’s Cigar Store on Sloane Street.
He has spent the past thirteen years honing his hospitality expertise at The Lanesborough, where his commercial performance and guest care contributed significantly to the venue’s success.
